When is the RSVP deadline?
Kindly RSVP by March 1st so we can have an accurate headcount.

Are kids welcome?
As much as we love little tykes, we want this evening to be adults only. We hope you can understand <3
What will the weather be like?
Should be pleasant weather conditions. The average temperature in Pasadena in early May ranges from a high of 77°F (25°C) and a low of 56°F (13°C). Consider bringing a light jacket if you get easily chilly at night.
Where is Pasadena?
Located in the heart of Southern California, Pasadena is a charming city nestled in the San Gabriel Valley, just 11 miles northeast of downtown Los Angeles.
Do I have to stay at your recommended list of hotels?
Of course not! Los Angeles is HUGE - consists of 118 neighborhoods each with their own unique character, culture, and attractions. If you prefer to stay closer to (or further from) the venue, you're welcome to book accommodations. There are hotels and AirBnB’s a plenty in LA :)
Is there transportation being provided between reception and hotels?
No. We do encourage you to use a ride-share so you can drink freely and responsibly throughout the night.
What if I want to drive? Where can I park?
For those who choose to drive, the venue provides plenty complimentary parking. You may also leave your car here overnight. You can get an overnight pass from the Front Desk.
What should I wear?
Formal attire (but have fun with it!). What does formal attire mean exactly? Glad you asked - see link for explanation.
Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Our ceremony will take place outdoors (semi-shaded area on the lawn). The cocktail hour and reception will take place indoors with optional outdoor terrace areas if you need a breather.
Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during and after the ceremony?
Sure thing ~ we’ll have a disposable camera app called POV with QR codes avail - no need to download a new app - super easy and fun plus you can share pics of the wedding via the app or upload your own pics!
What time will the reception end?
The reception ends at 10PM. We will have an “afters” - night cap for some, continuation for others - proceed into the main lounge until midnight. For the late night owls, those wanting to continue, we will have plans for a post-afters. Stay tuned ;)
Will there be non-meat or pescatarian food options?
We will have vegetarian and fish options for hors d'oeuvres and dinner.
Will there be an open bar?
Yes! Living in New York has taught us well. Come thirsty. We will have Liquid IV powder mix and advil on stand-by.
